One thing about me… I’m not trying to sit through another 3-hour course just to learn one thing 😭

I like that @coddy.tech actually makes you practice while you’re learning, which is exactly how I learn tech best.

If coding is one of those skills you keep saying you’re going to learn “one day”… this might be your sign 👀💛

We have an MFA policy.” Okay… show me what happens when an admin actually signs in 👀

This is the part of GRC that makes the paperwork click. You compare the requirement with the configuration and what the system actually does.

Swipe through one fictional MFA example: what to collect, how to write the finding, and how to check the fix.

Use dummy accounts and label your project simulated. Keep real workplace screenshots, names and logs out of your public portfolio.

Save this for your next GRC practice lab 💛 What trips you up more: finding evidence or explaining the finding?

Trying to get into GRC but stuck on what to put in your portfolio? 👀

Start with this control review lab. You’ll work through three security gaps, document the evidence, map the controls and build a plan to fix them.

Use a fictional system and dummy data. Then practice explaining why each finding matters and how you’d check the fix.

Give yourself something specific to talk through in an interview. Save this for your next project 💛

Which part would you want me to walk through first?

That little padlock isn’t a background check 😭🔒

HTTPS encrypts your connection. It doesn’t prove the website is legit. A phishing site can have it too.

Check the actual domain before entering your password or payment info. 💛

Okay… THIS is why I keep saying AI is not your private diary 😭👀

A Florida woman allegedly made threats in Claude. Anthropic’s systems reportedly flagged the conversation, it went to human review, and law enforcement was notified.

The bigger conversation here is wild though: privacy vs safety.

Would you expect something you typed into an AI chatbot to ever be reviewed by a person?

Trying to get into IT with zero experience? Stop searching only for “cybersecurity analyst.” 👀

Start with roles like Help Desk Technician, Service Desk Analyst, IT Support Specialist, Desktop Support Technician, Technical Support Specialist, or IT Technician.

Your first tech job doesn’t have to be your forever job — it can be the one that gets you the experience you need for the next one. 💛

Save this for your next job search.

Your 2FA code should not be sitting on your lock screen for anybody nearby to read.
Turn off verification-code previews and keep that extra layer of security private.

Follow for cyber tips you’ll actually use.

Every meeting I’m in a pantsuit, heels, bag matching... and John pulled up in a hoodie and sneakers
Am I overdressed? Probably.
Am I changing? Absolutely not

I already put the outfit on. Somebody is going to appreciate it.

Your parents might be the easiest way into their own accounts 😭🔐

Go check on them:
Is MFA turned on?
Do they know what a phishing message looks like?
Are they clicking random links without checking first?

Because some of our parents will click “FREE GIFT” before they even finish reading the sentence 😂

Send this to somebody who needs to check their parents’ accounts TODAY.
