From tying ropes on the kitchen counter… to a workshop by the sea 🧡⛰

Re:Made started as a small idea during a really tough time. We needed something to pour our energy into — and out of that, came colourful leads, slings, collars, and a community we never imagined. 🫶

Every knot is still tied by hand. Every order still feels personal. And every message, photo, or story you share reminds us why we started.

We cannot thank you enough for all your love and support. It’s because of this amazing community that we are able to spend our time doing something we love — and for the first time in Ben’s life, a real sense of purpose.

As much as trekking the wall was an experience of a lifetime, getting to meet this incredible group of women & Steve was the highlight of the entire trip.

I feel so incredibly present in my life right now it’s truly magic ✨🥹🧘‍♂️🥾🫶🏼🍄‍🟫

I don’t know when this happened but I have become so present and aware of just how magical all the little moments in my life are and it’s a super nice place to be.

I don’t have a single thing really figured out and I take my life day by day and maybe that is why every small little moment is magnified and feels magic who knows but whatever it is I’d like to stay here forever please ✨🫶🏼

Just Laura + Polly casually making their way around Europe.

Absolutely loving following these two in the van. Every time they pop up somewhere new I think it can’t get much better, then this appears 🙌

This was taken by a lovely American couple they met along the way, who were apparently off to Milton Keynes the very next day. Quite the change of scenery 😂

How is it this dark at 8pm already?! Summer always seems to take forever to arrive and then disappears ridiculously quickly.

Definitely not ready for it to be over yet. Although trying to remind myself that getting outside doesn’t suddenly stop just because summer does.

I’ve also not worn trousers for so long that people around the workshop have started making jokes about me refusing to wear “leg prisons”. Might just have to commit to full postman mode this winter.

Something about this time of year always gets me reflecting a little more. I think it’s getting nearer to my birthday and I find myself looking back over the last year… what I’ve done, what I haven’t done and where I’m at.

There’s something pretty lovely about the slower times and having a little more space to reflect. So I’ve been trying to embrace that a little more this week, focusing on the positive things I’ve done this year so far and what I want from the rest of it. 🤍

Looking back through my camera roll, I feel like we somehow managed to fit about three months into one.

A lot happened behind the scenes, August was our busiest month ever and I even managed to sneak away to the mountains for a couple of days.

A few bits from August:

Solo trip to North Wales. Tryfan and Bristly Ridge. Some seriously shaky leg moments along the way.

After 20+ years, I rediscovered my love for the yo-yo. Here I am perfecting ‘Rock the Baby’. 😆

Hundreds of you supported us during our biggest ever sale. Still can’t quite believe how busy it got.

After buying a new phone case, I started testing a new design for our phone sling. This genuinely hasn’t left my body in weeks. Would love to know what you all think of this one.

We received so many incredible photos and messages from your trips last month. These genuinely kept us going through some very early mornings and very late nights getting all your orders out 🫶

My hands finally gave out from tying all those knots 😭

We worked with our bestie @james_cluer on the new SUMMIT CHASERS branding for our upcoming hiking tee. We’ve also had someone pretty incredible come on board behind the scenes who’s helping us bring all of this together and introducing us to some amazing factories. I’ll share more on that soon because how it all came about is actually a pretty crazy story.

And we had a couple of very special visitors at the workshop, including @exploring.with.nina , who I’m pretty sure was keeping a close eye on everything I was doing 👀 by @remade.store
