Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the official opening of our doors in downtown Gilbert! We’ve been welcomed with so much love, and it means more than you know.

In a market full of choices, it feels really good to be appreciated for what makes Remedy different. We’re a locally owned boutique studio, not a chain. We believe in small group classes, highly skilled and comprehensively trained teachers, and access to all the Pilates apparatus. Most of all, we believe in creating a place where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and part of something special.

Fall Teacher Training is off to a great start. Pilates Fundamentals and Mat work truly set the foundation for everything.

There’s nothing better than watching lightbulbs go off in the heads of so many who have been practicing for years but learning the true ingredients to the movement sparks an even deeper love for #pilates.

The ingredients are what’s valuable. Without them we just have unintentional movement. Get educated.

1. Find teachers who know their stuff.
2. Make your hour dedicated to yourself valuable.
3. Learn the foundations.

Sometimes you spread yourself a little too thin.

But when “work” means connecting with people, catching up with good friends, sipping a latte throughout the day, wearing carefully crafted sweatpants, and watching something you’ve dreamed about come to life…

I say YES. All of it. 🤍

Watching Gilbert grow has been a dream. And supporting boutique studio life is a must.

Small group classes. Educated teachers. Personal attention. A real sense of community. The kind of place where you know your teacher, your neighbor on the reformer, and probably where to grab the best latte afterward. 😉

We’re so excited to officially celebrate Remedy Gilbert with our Grand Opening on October 10!
