Trust me, I get it. I mean, I get it get it. I lived it. I’m still living the challenges of divorce and co-parenting with an ex every single day. There’s a quiet kind of courage in letting yourself be seen while you’re still figuring it out. That’s how I know leaning into your second chapter is our only hope of reclaiming the magic of this “one wild and precious life” Mary Oliver Move a thought, move a muscle. Breathe. Get outside. Dance at sunrise @dybrkr . Take in the golden leaves drenched in all their glory. Find the sand, the dirt, the sky. Follow what makes you feel alive again. Gather your pieces, not your old life. 🪽✨ Recently, I’ve been drawn to imagery of Isis. Goddess of magic & healing. Gatherer of scattered pieces. Fierce protector of her child. Guardian of the dead. To me, the ultimate alchemist. The definitive goddess of the disco era. 🪩✨ Her story makes me think of our own healing journeys—searching far & wide for the pieces of ourselves & our families after our lives have blown apart. Not to recreate what was. To create anew. ❤️‍🩹 Your disco era is what you do with those shattered pieces. Gather them. Glue them together. Become a brilliant ball of light. Construct your wings. Not just to fly. To shelter what is precious while something new takes shape. Then rise high enough to see beyond the life you thought you’d have. Call your energy back. Your voice. Your dreams. The parts of YOU that got lost in surviving, sheltering & mourning. You deserve shelter, too. Grieve what was. Gather what is yours. Let the healer within you make room for the magic yet to come. 🪩✨ Remember Your Glow Divorce & partner loss coaching + community. Find your support. Remember your light. You can’t write new chapters with old scripts. ✨ Other people’s opinions of you? None of your business. And the great news? None of your concern. You can agree to disagree. Let them have their story— without feeding the fire of resentment or handing them the pen. Unsubscribe. Turn the page. 📖 Someone else’s version of your past doesn’t get to write your future. Lean into your own truth. Put that energy into what comes next. 🚀 Grief? 💔 It can shatter your reality. Change your entire world. It’s a huge part of your story— but it is not ALL of who you are. Beginning again doesn’t mean leaving your love behind. Or pretending any of this was easy. You don’t have to erase the past to write something new. The pen is in your hands. 🖊️ What will you do when you turn the page? Remember Your Glow Online coaching + community for life after divorce or the loss of a partner.
