Last night was nothing short of an absolute pleasure to be asked to be part of an artist panel by @mrdavidruano & @losruanogallery & @rizocorpgallery

I had a great time chatting it up about art and consistency with my fellow artists @georgina_pillainayagam @w_ubs_ @bad_hombre_art - Was an honor to share the stage with you all!

Each piece in The Gift is a one-of-one.

No two frames are identical. Every print varies in material, shape, form. Unique touches are added to all. Small but intentional variations that reflect the work itself: nothing remains fixed, nothing holds its form forever.

100% of proceeds from this series support organizations providing musical instruments and art supplies to those who lost them in last year’s wildfires fires.

Art helping art begin again.

Up close, everything disappears.

What looks solid dissolves at the slightest touch. Form without substance. Presence without permanence.

The images in The Gift hold that tension—between what was there, and what no longer is.

But even amidst ruins, hope and regrowth can be found.

A home reduced to ash.
A gesture of color placed back into it.

After the Eaton Fire destroyed a home in Altadena, a series of balloon flowers were placed throughout the ruins—small, temporary forms against a landscape erased overnight.

This work begins there.

"The Gift" is a photographic series about impermanence, memory, and what remains after loss.
