If your jaw makes noises it didn’t used to, it’s probably tired. 😬

Grinding all night keeps it clenched for hours, and your teeth take the hit. A custom Remi guard is the easy part of fixing that.

Both of these people went to bed at the same time. Only one of them is waking up rested. 😬

Because you can lie down at 10pm and still have your jaw pulling a full shift until morning. Nobody asked it to. It just does.

Wash your face, put your phone down, pop in your Remi. Let everything clock out at once.

No sore jaw, no headache, no waking up feeling like you worked a shift in your sleep. Just up and actually ready.

That’s the whole point of a night guard. You put it in, forget about it, and notice the difference in the morning.

$There’s no other option because the results are in… Your nighttime grinding doesn’t just affect your teeth. 1. Your jaw. Clenching + grinding can leave your jaw muscles tight, tired and sore. 2. Your head. Bruxism is associated with dull, temple-area headaches — aka that morning headache you keep waking up with. 3. Your actual teeth. Nightly grinding can wear down enamel and contribute to sensitivity, chips, fractures and other damage over time. And this is exactly why we’re done treating dental care like it ends after brushing + flossing. A night guard keeps your upper and lower teeth separated while you sleep, helping protect them from the damage caused by all that 3am grinding. Whole-body wellness includes your mouth. Full stop. Protect your sleep. Protect your smile. Meet Remi. #wellnessroutine #selfcare #nightguard #dentalcare #nightguards by @remitribe$

Wind-down routine, but make it actually restful 😌

You can do everything right at night, the skincare, the tea, the phone across the room, and still wake up with a sore jaw because nobody told your teeth it was bedtime.

Pop in your Remi and let them clock out too.

Turns out a lot of us are grinding our teeth through the night 😅

Stress, screens, whatever it is, your jaw is working a shift it never signed up for. And it’s your teeth that pay for it.

A custom night guard is the easiest fix on that list. Ten minutes at home, then it’s handled.
