my EP “Love The Way It Hurts”, including 2 new songs “Omw” and “Half Of You”, will be out on the 17th of july✨

i made these songs during a very important time of my life, and learned so much about myself in the process. it was the first time i felt truly in charge!

thank you for listening and trusting me to explore these different parts of myself musically♥️

feeling very proud

got many cool things to share in the upcoming weeks;)

little throwback to “Love The Way It Hurts”, the first track of the EP, live from Grand Bassam, Ivorycoast

when we went up to this little lake to set up & shoot this one-take live video some of the local people came over to warn us, saying the lake was a sacred one called the “voodoo lake” and it was a bad idea to shoot there. a few seconds later, as i was getting ready to leave (with the piano instrumental still playing), a huge crocodile showed up about 10 meters behind me. it was a beautiful moment, like time stood still for a little while, and the local people told us right away that it’s pressence meant we were welcome to shoot🐊♥️

this was the first take right after, check out the whole thing on my youtube x by @remme

shot an acoustic live video of the last song of my EP called “Half Of You” in Kounoukou, Ivory Coast last year with friend @nuits_balneaires and it’s out now on youtube♥️

we found this beautiful spot in the middle of nowhere, which turned out to be an abandoned hotel, and immediately knew we wanted to shoot something there, good thing i had my guitar with me ;)

thanks so much for all the love on “Love The Way It Hurts” so far, it means the world..
