POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For the seventeenth year in a row we have the privilege of giving back to Kansas City through our Olivia’s Big Splash Custom Bath Giveaway! 🩷🩵

Each year, our goal is the same: create a space that brings greater comfort, accessibility, and independence to everyday life at home for a deserving Kansas City child and their family.

Since 2023, we’ve been honored to continue this tradition in partnership with the Olivia Bloomfield Foundation through Olivia’s Big Splash, carrying on Olivia’s legacy of inclusion and accessibility. Together, we’ve watched these bathrooms become so much more than renovations. They become spaces that make everyday life a little easier for children and the families who care for them.

These photos are just a few of the families who have been part of our Big Splash journey over the years. And now, it’s time to find our next recipient! 🥰

Nominations for the 2027 Olivia’s Big Splash Custom Bathroom Giveaway are officially OPEN!

Know a child or family who could benefit from a custom accessible bathroom? We’d love to hear their story. Head to the link in our bio to learn more and submit a nomination.

Here’s to another year of making a meaningful difference, one bathroom, and one family, at a time. 🩷🩵

🍂 A little fall magic has officially been delivered!

Earlier this week, we dropped off our Fall in Love with Your Home Giveaway prize package, and that pumpkin porch display from @villagepumpkinskc looks FABULOUS out front! 🎃 Our winner, @kaity_riffel, was all smiles receiving her treats from @astorenamedstuff, along with some Schloegel Handyman goodies to help tackle that home to-do list.

Congratulations, Kaity! We hope this brings a little extra fall fun to your home this season. 🧡

A big thank-you to our giveaway partners, @villagepumpkinskc and @astorenamedstuff, for teaming up with us to spread a little fall cheer around KC. We loved bringing this one to life with you!

Happy fall, Kansas City! 🍁

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Chris Peterson’s 30th anniversary with Schloegel Design Remodel! 🎉

Chris began his journey at Schloegel in the field in his early 20’s and has spent three decades growing alongside our company, from production, to leadership, to becoming a co-owner with Charlie Schloegel in 2018. His contributions as a leader, former NARI KC president, @remodelers.advantage group facilitator, and champion supporter of our Lake of the Ozarks expansion have helped shape the company we are today.

Carrying forward Jake Schloegel’s legacy has always meant so much to Chris, and we’re grateful for the heart, hard work, and humility he brings to our company every day.
He’s just the third person in Schloegel history to reach 30 years, joining Jake Schloegel and Henry Ramirez in this pretty special club!

No Chris appreciation post would be complete without mentioning his other areas of expertise: BBQ, boating, disc golf, and reheating the same cup of coffee in the microwave 15 times a day. 😉

Congratulations, Chris, and thank you for 30 years of leadership, hard work, and commitment to Schloegel! We’re grateful to have you on our team and excited for what’s ahead! 💙 taken in Schloegel Design Remodel - Kansas City by @remodelagain

“Ohhh, Schloegel. You’re the kitchen remodel people.” I mean… we do love kitchens. But there’s a little more to us than that. 😉 Swipe through and see just how far we’re willing to take this whole “remodeling” thing. →

“What about bathrooms?”

“Even the tiny ones?”

“Can you do something with that basement we never use?” 🤯

“What about fireplaces?”

“But you probably just work inside, right?” 🧐

“What if I want a room for something 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘳𝘳𝘳𝘳𝘳𝘺 specific?” 🤨

“What if my clothes have outgrown my closet?” 😖

“Can you make a living space actually worth living in?”

“What if the home is a condo?” 🤷‍♀️

“But can you handle a lake home? That’s an entirely different market?!” 🤔

“Can you give all the shoes, backpacks and random stuff a home?“

“But surely you can’t help me get in shape, too?” 😅😂

“Okay, but what about the smaller stuff? Or repairs?” 🤨

“What if I need storage that actually works for the way my family lives?“

“What about making a home easier to live in for years to come? What if our needs change?”

“But you can’t just add a whole new space onto my house… right? That sounds intense!” 😳

“What if I want a bar? Custom beverage storage?”

“What if I want my stairs to actually be a feature?“

“Surely you can’t make laundry exciting!” 🙄 taken in Kansas City, Missouri by @remodelagain

Home stretch. 👀🏡

This Leawood whole home remodel is officially in the final countdown, with just a two weeks to go until it’s complete! Coming in hot is wallpaper installation, counters and full height backsplash for the kitchen, fireplace tile, installing accessories, and a final coat on the hardwoods.

For now, here’s a little mid-construction peek at everything coming together behind the scenes. 😍 We can’t wait to share the finished spaces and the full story behind this one. Stay tuned. ✨

Things are getting good in Leawood. 👀

We’re loving the mix of cabinet finishes, fluted door details, warm gold hardware, and those gorgeous mural tiles. It’s coming together with that cool, collected feel we love — elevated and chic, but still warm, inviting, and made to be lived in.

And the best part? She’s almost done. 📸 Stay tuned because this one will be professionally photographed soon, and we can’t wait to share the full story.
