Honestly, I didnt plan to change my title.

I just realized one day that ‘virtual assistant’ stopped describing what I actually do.

Like.. the tasks were real, yes. But the part that actually moved the needle for my clients? that was the thinking behind it. I know exactly who I’m writing to before I write anything.

That’s not assistance. that’s a SYSTEM
*had to clarify in the video 😅

And systems? that’s literally what I spent 8 years doing before this. production engineering. Process design. Making sure the same thing runs the same way every time.

Turns out a pipeline is a pipeline, whether its on a factory floor or in someone’s DMs 😌

And now, I know who I really am 😌

Had to do this while getting my nails done, but anyways... 💅🏻

A coach and a founder are not the same business.

One needs to build trust before they're hired. The other can build trust through the conversation itself. Using the wrong approach for which one you are is honestly one of the most common reasons lead gen feels like it isn't working. Been there, done that. LOL.

Sometimes the system isn't working. And sometimes you just need a completely different one.

Since I've built both, I know which approach fits which. So here's how it's done 🫡

✦ Inbound : content, SEO, landing pages, lead magnets. The system that brings the right people to you.

✦ Outbound : ICP sourcing, filtering, outreach sequences, DM management. The system that finds them first.

✦ The spine : lead tracking across everything. So you know exactly where every client came from.

Because leads don't come by luck. They come by system.

Let’s talk and figure out which system you need me to personalize for you!

I almost didn't catch it in time.

I had 21 days to find 300 qualified leads. By the end of week one, I had 50. So I stopped, looked at the process properly, and realized the problem wasn't the outreach. It was who I was looking for. I restructured the targeting, rebuilt the process, and kept going (strategy shift approved by the client).

And I did all of this while handing over my full workload during my 9-5 resignation, being diagnosed with a possible lung disease (thankfully negative), and my son undergoing tumor surgery.

>> More than just "can work under pressure" at this point 🤣

What surprised me was the response rate. I changed who I targeted, but not how I approached them. Every message still came from real research and genuine attention, and people felt it.

500+ profiles sourced > 300 qualified leads > 38.7% reply rate > 24% positive response 😌

The lesson? Systems matter, but so does knowing when to stop, look closer, and change course.

A little reminder for the days when you feel like you’re falling behind 🤎

You’re not late. You’re not failing. And you don’t have to have everything figured out right now.

Some things take time. Some dreams need patience. And some seasons are meant for building quietly, even when it feels like everyone else is moving faster.

So, slow down. Take a breath. Trust your own pace.

You can’t be everything you want to be before your time.
And ofc, you’re allowed to grow without rushing yourself. by @remomantics

So, which one of these did you need to hear the most as a lead gen strategist?

Everyone needs to hear this and start trying new things.

You fail because you try. But you also grow because you try 🙂‍↕️

So, keep experimenting, keep learning, and keep showing up. You’ll never know what you’re capable of until you give yourself a chance 🫶🏻 by @remomantics

Just a glimpse of my day to day looks like as a remote working mom ✨

First things first 🙂‍↕️
Cuz the strategy only works if the foundation is solid. And the foundation starts waaaay before the first post goes out.

I resigned in May after 8.5 years working as a production engineer. Yes, engineer.

I spent 10 months preparing for this. Switching from engineering to digital marketing, building something from scratch, betting on myself.

Two months after I resigned, I got terminated by my first client. And at the exact same time, my babysitter resigned too 🥲

That was the moment I started to doubt everything. My decision. My capability. My future.

For 2 weeks, I did nothing. No client searching, no replacement babysitter. I just.. tried to accept it.
Then I rewrote my plan, audited every mistake, and deepened my knowledge as lead generation strategist.

Then in late August, I challenged myself to do things I was scared of. I searched for clients, applied for jobs, reached out, asked for referrals. After around 50 applications and outreach attempts, I landed 2 new clients, Allahumma bariik 🥹

Did the journey stop there? Oh no 😂
The challenge started right after the kickoff meetings. Managing my time deliberately to handle client work, my son’s needs, house chores, and everything in between.

I’m tired. Even more tired than my 9-5 job haha.

But then I looked around.

This is the life I had been dreaming of since early 2024. The chaos, the mess, the overwhelm…

So I stopped waiting to feel ready. I adapted. I#I found the good inside every hard day. I know I am TIRED, but from being present, not being away. Alhamdulillah.

You’re probably doing your brainstorming wrong. And you don’t even realize it.

Here is why 👇🏻

A lot of people only ask AI questions, get answers, and done. Then with only this short of a conversation, you expect AI to give you the strategy you want 🫠
That is not brainstorming. Not even close.

Here’s how to actually do it right 👇🏻

>> Open with context, not a question. Tell AI what you’re solving, who it’s for, and what you already know. Full picture first, use the TCREI structure (refer to my previous reels).

>> Ask AI to interview you! This is the most important one. Say it directly: “Ask me questions before we start and lets discuss it.”
When AI asks and you answer, your brain activates differently, your creativity surfaces, and things you didn’t know you were thinking start coming out. *trust me, this works!
AI spots the gaps, refines the solution, and everything gets mapped clearly because the thinking was done together.

>> Find the gaps together. “Based on what I told you, what’s missing?” This is where the real work happens.

>> Run a scenario. Example, for coaches: “My client builds trust through content. Who is already in that category and at what stage should we reach them?” For founders: “ICP is defined. Messaging isn’t converting. What would you ask before we touch the outreach draft?” Answer every question. **Every single one

So, the stronger the brainstorm, the firmer the strategy 🙂‍↕️
