Huge congratulations to Carmen Rivera, our amazing board member, on the 30th anniversary of her play “La Gringa” - the second (continuously) longest running show in NYC! In rep at Repertorio Español for 30 years!!! If you haven’t seen it - go! It’s a powerful and hilarious story about identity - more relevant than ever. Amazing achievement. by @remotetheater

Return of the Buffalo: Tatanka Owe Akupi. Huge congratulations to @amirnizarzoabi, @stannswarehouse, the Elders, artists, designers and volunteers. You gave NYC a lot to think about in 2 days of splendor and awe! by @remotetheater

Last month, UAC attended a performance inspired by our artists. At UAC, we support artists in NYC experiencing housing, financial, and immigration-related challenges.

Over three months, Remote Theater Project came to UAC to engage directly with artists and our arts programs. Through this thoughtful process of learning our artists’ stories, these performances were created and brought to life. 🌟

🌕Thank you to Remote Theater Project for your collaboration and care in honoring our artists’ voices.
