🏃🏾‍♀️🌟Weight Loss Chronicles Continued⭐️🏃🏾‍♀️

My 2 year weight loss-aversary was a few weeks ago, but I didn’t want to end the year without a humble pat on my back. I’m so proud of the work I put in and grateful for God’s grace to finish strong!

My total weight loss as of today is 63 pounds🥹, however 23 of those pounds happened this year with the help of my fitness coach @georgedmoore . It sounds small, but for someone who is tall and walked off 40 pounds, naturally, previously. I had to fight for those 23 pounds as my fat percentage was not as high.

What started as an invitation to walk, quickly turned into an invitation to his personal accountability group where I had to send breakfast lunch and dinner ( and have been doing so, since January). That then turned into weekly set lists and now 5:15am workouts, 3 days a week with an awesome group of young ladies.

I am so grateful for the physical weight loss, but it’s NOTHING in comparison to the spiritual baggage loss, the wisdom, the revelation and DISCIPLINE I’ve learned on this journey.

WORKING OUT IS WORSHIP!
It’s Holy.
It’s challenging.
And it’s SANCTIFYING!

I signed up to get in physical shape; I had no idea God was using fitness to confront my escuses, snatch away my crutches, make me face my fears and break the stronghold of generational sedentary lifestyle. I’ve hit my weight loss goals😭🙌🏾, but I’ve decided not to stop here. My 2026 goals are simple but challenging and I’m excited to continue to live a life of disciple and consistency.

If you are contemplating losing weight…LEAPPPPP & GO FOR IT! You have nothing to lose except your old self. If you need help, I’m sure Fitness pastor would love to assist you. Lol

So, cheers 🥂🥳❤️.

Here’s to a year of healthy and wise decision making. Im so proud of you and congratulations in advance for finally choosing YOU!

P.s: I’ve always had a lil face card. It just fluctuates when seasons change😂.

Welcome to my food diary: Weight-loss Edition☺️🥗✨

This journey changed my entire relationship with food and helped me fall in love with cooking all over again.

I no longer eat out of boredom.
I no longer eat my emotions.
And I no longer eat from lack of discipline.

I eat to nourish my body.
I eat to fuel my body.
I eat to support my goals.

🥗Meal prep/ healthy eating is the real winner in your weight loss transformation journey.

🏋🏾‍♀️You can lift all the weights in the world and walk from here to Timbuktu, but if your meal consumption doesn’t parallel your physical training, your training will be in vain.

Healthy food is like medication; GOD literally designed it to help HEAL THE BODY❗️.

Does this mean no longer eating the foods,
Snacks or desserts you love…. ABSOLUTELY NOT. LOL

My “diet” will always have an few extra large slices of pizza, pasta, sushi, saucey wings and some hot, fresh, out-of-the oil french fries, but eat what you love in moderation and with consideration to your health!

Enjoy some of my favorites meals from my food catalog. I’m a creature of habit, but this year, I definitely wanna explore some new cuisines.

If you have any good recipes or suggestion, please feel free to share them below☺️.

My greatest joy as a trainer is helping clients hit their goals!!! @remyjonesss started with me last year and has stayed consistent! Mind you, I’ve only trained her virtually 😳

I don’t promote calorie counting because I teach people how to develop a better relationship with food. When your relationship with food is proper, you can eat and achieve proper results without being hungry or counting calories.

If you want these kind of results in 2026, type “Coach”. We will get you in our program and change the game for you!

Thank you Jesus for another birthday. You have been KIND to your little Remy Lee🥹💐🤎.

My heart is submitted.
My will is surrendered.
My petitions are recorded in heaven.

What ever you decided concerning me, my answer is always and forever, Y E S!

It feels sooooooo good to be back in the creative space again. As someone who has already self-published a book, I’ll never take forgranted the grace God has given me to write!😭

This is not a “come back” post or anything of the like; this is my simple obedience to the Lord and my invitation to you to spend one week in this last month of the year, investigating where you are in Christ!

We plan our fitness goals.
We plan our financial goals.
We plan our career goals.
We plan our vacation goals.

But when’s the last time you sat and planned your SPIRITUAL GROWTH goals?

If you know me, then you know the message of sanctification has been one that God had deeply pressed upon my heart for several years now.

“ Sanctified Initiative Devotional” was designed to help new comers take those initial steps toward surrender and discipleship that can sometimes feel overwhelming.

⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

It was also designed to encourage the “ saints” that know the Lord to “examine themselves and see if they are still in the faith.”

👉🏾Not in the church building!
👉🏾Not in protocol!
👉🏾Not in the gamements that make us look holy!

📍BUT STILL IN THE FAITH ( communion with God!)

I can’t speak for you, but as of late, I find myself asking questions and making statements like:

1️⃣. Father, where am I with you?
2️⃣. Are you please with me?
3️⃣. What have you told me to let go of, that I’m still holding onto?
4️⃣. What instructions have you given me that I have not obeyed yet?
5️⃣. Where have I grieved you?
6️⃣. I just want your will, even if surrendering mine breaks my heart!

Here me, this is not condemnation or a commission to some place of perfection, rather, this is an admonishment for you and I to continue to “ press toward the mark!”

If a picture is worth a thousand words, I’ll let the time we have shared together talk for me! Happy Birthday to one of the most caring, compassionate and Christ- loving woman I know, @khadijahnx_ . I’m honored to call you sister and friend. I love and celebrate you this day♥️❤️ by @remyjonesss

😌✨It’s still a #SanctifiedJourney!

The first half of this year felt a lil bit like a wirlwind💨🙃🥴.

Healing came with hurting.
Blessings came with burdens.
Greater sanctification came with sacrifices.
Gain came with loss.

I cried a whole lot of tears from January to June. Some were with disappointment and hurt while many others were with the Joy and blessing of becoming.

Through it all, God has been KINDDDDDD. Each photo tells a small story that encompasses a win, a loss , an answered pray, an accomplishment or some form of healing I experience whether spiritually, physically, or emotionally.

I don’t know what God has planned for the second half of this year, but I AGREE in advance.

I’m not taking any short cuts and I don’t have a plan “B”. Whatever God decides, I’m all in!
