This is one of my favorite outfits I ever made, I had fun bringing this character and playing with it on the runway!

🏆GP BEG AA RUNWAY - la Bella Italia vol.III Major Ball by @lajioconda @annalisamarcelli_ @voguexchange

The category required us to take inspiration from Dadamax and its signature feature: a colored thread.
I used it to represent intersectionality: a single link that connects all the different battles we must fight to ensure no one is left behind.

The eye in the box stands for the ecology flag, in which the pupil is our planet earth, to remind us that we are one with our planet and the animals that inhabit it.

On the sleeves I chose to put the initials of the United House of Watermelon @ballroom4palestine, to honor those who in Palestine, Sudan, Congo, Haiti and many more countries have to face the atrocities of abuse, genocide and extermination of their people. Their lives and their fights must not be silenced nor forgotten.

On my back I drew a symbol that unites the trans-feminism and the gender non-binaryism ones, and put the fist in the middle, to honor the fight against racism.

Also, I chose the red thread and the drop-like shapes to represent the blood shed to fight those battles. It wasn’t in vain.
