Came across these sketches from my first season at @yansifugel I think the fabric was a stretch cotton Glen Plaid suiting. I remember wanting to cut the skirt on the bias but, the fabric didn’t hang well on the bias.(Spring/Summer 2001) WOW! This was a class demo that I did for my students many years ago when I first started teaching! It was done around the time Richard Tyler was Creative Director at Anne Klein Collection (I was designing in The Anne Klein Studio at the time) We were instructed to design shorter dresses, skirts and coats) so this is probably from 1993/1994.
