The fact that it looks like a motorcycle and not just an engine wearing a costume is the real engineering achievement here. Packaging that V8, 8 quarts of oil, 4 gallons of fuel, and 2 gallons of coolant while keeping the silhouette clean, that’s the part nobody talks about.

Women in Motorcycling | Featuring Dominika Grnova @dominika_rides

Motorcycles didn’t just become Dominika Grnova’s passion. They changed her life.

Today she’s a global @ducati Ambassador, a @redbullrookiescup motorsport reporter and content creator, and an adventurer who isn’t afraid to head into the unknown on her Multistrada V2 S.

Her mission is simple:

“Inspire everyone… females, males, whoever has a passion for two wheels to ride more, enjoy motorcycles, and live the life they always dreamed of.”

But Dominika also reminds us that courage isn’t about pretending you’re fearless.

“Yes, it is scary.”

From her first solo camping adventure to traveling the world by motorcycle, she proves that chasing your dreams doesn’t mean ignoring the risks. It means preparing, staying smart, and having the confidence to take that first step anyway.

Women in Motorcycling | Featuring Chiara Lovato @lovatochiara

“I’ll never get that job.”
We’ve all had that thought.
Chiara did too.

She started riding on a Monster 695. Today, she’s at @ducati helping shape the future of the Scrambler, Monster, Diavel, and XDiavel families.

“I was looking at my colleagues who were Product Managers thinking, ‘I’ll never get that job.’ And here I am writing about the bikes that will be developed next.”

One motorcycle sparked a passion. One opportunity changed a career. One story inspired a room full of people.
