Palau, forever home in our hearts. We’ll miss you.

Many years ago Edely and I decided to answer God’s calling in service. We put our faith in His hands to send us where needed. Palau is where He lead us. In our minds and hearts, we were ready to serve, ready to give. Little did we know, we would never be able to outgive what we were about to receive. Palau has been so good to us. The natural beauty of this island nation is second to none but pales in comparison to the beauty of its people.

Over the past ten years we have had the honor of working with great missionaries while serving amazing students and an incredible community. All of which have become family.

Year after year Palau kept feeling more like home. The birth of our first born, Riaur, and our second daughter, Meang, have made Palau even more home to us.

Palau, ke kmal mesaul.

God is now calling us to a new place, a new mission field. We look forward to serving Him in Keene, Texas.

If the thought has ever crossed your mind to serve as a missionary and you believe He is tugging at your heart to take the leap of faith, this post is dedicated to you. Palau and our sister schools in Micronesia are in need of missionaries every year. Are you ready to answer His call? taken in Palau Mission Academy by @renba305
