Thank you for all of your generous love and support for Megan throughout these past few weeks. She was hospitalized over Labor Day weekend. She is finally home. I am so grateful for the champions, the heroes, the friends, family and medical staff that stood unconditionally by her side. As I’m preparing for another round of chemo on Friday, I’m finding such joy looking at this photo that was taken only a few years ago, exactly on this date today. This picture speaks volumes of strength and resilience to me. I will be back on the bandwagon jumping again soon. Thank you for all of your support and all of the love you so generously given me. I am so grateful and I am sending you all so much love! ❤️💪

Exactly 5 years ago this week, I received news that I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Throughout these five years,the challenges at times, felt unsurmountable and enormous going through this difficult process. Today, I received the news after my recent scan, that everything for now, has stabilized. I will be starting another round of chemo this week.The healing power of unconditional loving friends, the pure love of my three daughters and the expertise and diligence of the medical staff who stood by me and with me along this journey have been exceptional and Herculean to keep me on this road to recovery. I have learned to lean into a strong, personal mindset. Gratitude, combined together with a quirky sense of humor, have helped to navigate me through this mini marathon, which at times felt like an Iron Man competition. Most importantly, the power of a Divine force has held my hand consistently with tremendous grace for the entire entirety of these past five years. I have learned to believe with every cell in my body that miracles are here with us every single day. Thank you to everyone who has been such an important part in this journey of mine. You have all been so instrumental along this route to healing. Life is so precious and so miraculous. My strong belief that anything is possible is such a powerful tool on the road to healing. My love for you all is so strong and unwavering. ❤️❤️💪💪

Thank you to all of you who have helped me to get back on track again. I’m preparing for round six of chemo next week. I couldn’t ask for a better support network of gym athletes who inspire me so much. Having a great physical therapist is a key game changer. I love you all! ❤️💪

We still share the bond of friendship and mischief of our college days. We lived in an all girls dorm called Chase Hall on the 6th floor. We ruled it well.
