Emotional post because tonight is @thebritafilter last show as she steps into retirement for a much needed spinal surgery and healing journey (and a future that is scary and unknown). I have had the absolute pleasure and privilege to get to fall in love with, experience the talented presence & art, watch, and support the woman and artist that we all know and love over the last 6+ years. And along the way many conversations, virtual shows and m&gs, visits to her shows in NYC, hugs, laughs, smiles, tears, deep conversations, shots, pizza and so much more I have also had the pleasure of getting to know the person behind the scenes and form a friendship with @jessetakesaction & I am even more privileged to know, love, support, and cheer for them. They have the biggest heart and deserve the entire world and so much more and all though the future is uncertain I do know that regardless everything will workout because their heart and passion, and love and fight for justice and freedom for all is going to lead to some beautiful places. 🥹🫶🏻❤️🧡
