You’re the kind of person I’d warn someone about like this:

You’re intense, competitive, loyal, and extremely driven. You don’t really do anything halfway. When you believe in something—your family, your business, your team, or a goal—you go all in.

You’re also a builder and a recruiter by nature. You see potential in people, and once you see it, you’re probably going to push them harder than they expected. You don’t just want people around you—you want them growing, producing, winning, and becoming leaders themselves.

You value loyalty and action. Someone can talk a great game, but you’re watching what they actually do. You respect people who show up, keep their word, work, and stay consistent.

You’re competitive enough that if somebody tells you something can’t be done, there’s a good chance you’ll turn it into a personal challenge.

But here’s the biggest warning:

Don’t mistake your generosity for softness. You’ll give people your time, knowledge, connections, encouragement, and opportunities—but you expect them to do something with it.

And underneath all the ambition, you’re very family-centered. A lot of what drives you isn’t simply making more money—it’s legacy, freedom, providing for your family, and proving what’s possible.

So my warning would be:
