Definitely not the outcome I anticipated, and now ok with that. Trained hard, but 5 days before go time I got pretty sick. Didn’t think I was going to race, but traveled all this way and at least had to see the starting line..
Congrats to all the competitor’s. Thanks to @lostrangecbd for all the support and helping get some good rest and muscle recovery!! Best products out there!! @paradisocommunity for the best training facility only going to get better!! @thelousaway for helping a brother out!! @adidastraining for best gear in the game!! Last but not least @sofiehowardart for putting up with my training!! I love you!!

I’ve learned a lot over the past months/years. Had to really figure out my health/diet/asthma. I had a few setbacks with my asthma. For several months battled some lunge issues and had to sit back and let them heal. Finally started feeling normal again. Today I’m feeling stronger and healthier!! I saw @drgoglia and worked on my diet and realized that a lot of the things I was doing was a huge contributor to my inflammation and asthma!! Made some major changes, went from 23% BMI to 11% and now I have my asthma completely under control.. Thank god!!!
