The End.
Funny how some months, the words flow out so much more easily than others. This was one of those months for me. So many thoughts, hopes and emotions needing somewhere to land. I looked for peace in these pages. I found rest.

Thank you August. by @reniegray

Stewed up some apples from the garden. Popped open a jar of biscoff spread and this happened…
Apple & Biscoff twists.

Kind of made it up as I went along but for reference in case interested it’s all plantbased. I used flora vegan butter, soft brown sugar, sweet spice mix and agave syrup in the apple stewing. I mashed it down with a fork to make more spreadable but you could always stew longer till mushier obviously.

And to “glaze wash” the twists I used a little more agave syrup diluted with a splash of water before baking and sprinkled cinnamon sugar immediately after I pulled them out of the oven.

Now wondering what combination to do next..
Biscoff & Chocolate spread?

Feeling like it’s time to reintroduce myself.
A little more of who I am, on and off the screen.
Thanks so much for being here.

It seemed it was going to take a lot to wake me up from my insta slumber but a super kind gift from @dinewithfable has done it.

They had me at “Sustainably crafted, Timeless tableware” and after a few seconds of checking out their website I could see that they are 100% considered in every aspect of their design, sourcing and production. The timing was prefect as I’m literally doing a little kitchen makeover (more on that later maybe…) and was on the look out for a tableware set that would last.

As the lovely people at fable say “here’s to great meals and memories for years to come..”

Ps If you are also on the look out for tableware you’re welcome to use this 10% off code on their website: AGRAYLIFE10

Mother Nature was calling and I found myself outside inbetween the rain showers picking blackberries and then making jam!! Who even I am 🤷🏾‍♀️ But I have to say it tasted pretty good and looked kinda fancy on my toast too. Apparently making your own peanut butter is also super easy, so think I might give that a whirl next..

Totally unrelated to this video (although side note I nearly fell off the step stool and nosedived during this process. Literally!)

I’m slightly obsessed with the sunlight that streams through my windows these days. It’s always so beautiful. Yesterday a glitter ball was seen in a charity shop and a thought came to mind would that bring even more sunlight joy.

What are we thinking? Are glitter balls just for kids and community center discos …… asking for a friend. by @reniegray
