@renikegraceevents had the absolute honor of coordinating Alex & Annette’s (#theABs25) stunning white wedding — one of our biggest events to date!

A couple months before the wedding , we kicked off with site visits at the Meridian Grand to understand the set up for the day. Consultation meetings to have an understanding of thier vision . Creating a bespoke, thorough and detailed schedule and programme for the bridal party and vendors. Constant communication with vendors to confirm plans and timings for the day.

On the wedding day, we had 700 guests, 25+ incredible vendors, 9 bridesmaids, 9 groomsmen, and a powerhouse team of 8 coordinators who came together to create a seamless and unforgettable day. We planned the timeline down to each minute and it all came together perfectly.

We are so grateful to Alex & Annette for trusting us with such a special moment in their lives,lthey loved every second!#

This wedding was so much fun! It was a great pleasure to plan the Nigerian Traditional wedding for our Nigerian groom and American bride ❤️ We usually only coordinate weddings, but this package was the full deal! This meant understand the needs and vision of the couple, sourcing the right vendors who met those needs, planning how the day would go from start to finish, and coordination on the day!

We travelled all the way to Devon for the wedding, so it was fun to bond with the team and experience working together in a different part of the UK.

It was a wonderful day and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it! The couple were happy and everyone had a fantastic time, so of course that means a job well done 🎉

Five years ago today, @renikegraceevents coordinated our very first wedding. 🤍✨

It all started with a simple conversation. I asked Rhona and Omar if I could help coordinate their wedding day, and from that one opportunity, an idea began to grow. I remember thinking, “Maybe I could actually turn this into a business.”

My amazing friends came alongside me to be part of the team, and together we brought their beautiful day to life. There were plenty of lessons learned, but that was the day Renike Grace Events was officially born.

I’m forever grateful to @rhona_lion and @omartackie for trusting me with one of the most important days of their lives. That one “yes” became the foundation for a journey that has now seen us coordinate more than 60 weddings, social and corporate events.

500 attendees. 500 incredible cakes.

One Rule - No cake, No entry! 🎂✨

It was an absolute honour for @renikegraceevents to coordinate the @cakepicnictour London stop as Event Lead.

From overseeing event logistics and coordinating suppliers to leading an amazing team of 50+ volunteers, the goal was to ensure everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes.

Seeing over 500 attendees and more than 500 spectacular cakes come together was truly unforgettable.

A huge thank you to the @cakepicnictour team for trusting @renikegraceevents with this incredible opportunity. Here’s to many more amazing events! 🎉✨

Thank you for baking the world a better place with us at this year’s London CAKE PICNIC with our Berry Bestie @strawberryshortcake! We saw almost 500 cakes from all shapes and sizes and all decorated so beautifully. From all of the fresh strawberries and all the other flavors, everyone enjoyed the sweet day at the park. We loved seeing all of the picnic spreads, cake hauls, strawberry-themed outfits, and of course the smiling faces. Thank you for pouring all of your love and care into bringing your best cake to share! Together, we all baked the world a better place.
