✨ One year ago today … ✨

… I arrived in Ibiza.
Not just with my body – but with my whole soul.
I came to prepare. For a new beginning. For letting go. For the big YES to myself.

Today I’m feeling a little sentimental.
I remember that very first moment – the butterflies in my stomach, the excitement, the joy, but also the deep respect for what was ahead.

Back then, I knew I was leaving my old life behind.
I didn’t know what exactly was coming – but I knew why I was going.

Because I felt the calling.
Because I wanted to follow my truth.
Because I couldn’t wait any longer to fully live this life.

🌊 One year later:
I’ve grown. I’ve learned. I’ve let go.
I’ve walked through fears – and through miracles.

Thank you, Ibiza, for all the lessons, the gifts, the magical encounters.
Thank you, past self, for being so brave.
Thank you, new self, for showing up every day to live and serve with joy.

💫 Here’s to many more years filled with life, depth, dance, and frequency love.
I have arrived – and yet I’m always becoming.

✨ Heute vor einem Jahr … ✨

… bin ich auf Ibiza gelandet.
Nicht nur körperlich – sondern mit meiner ganzen Seele.
Ich kam an, um mich vorzubereiten. Auf den Neuanfang. Auf das Loslassen. Auf das große JA zu mir selbst.

Heute bin ich ein bisschen sentimental. Ich erinnere mich an diesen ersten Moment, an das Zittern in meinem Bauch, an die Aufregung, die Freude, aber auch den Respekt vor dem, was vor mir lag.

Ich wusste damals: Ich lasse mein altes Leben zurück.
Ich wusste noch nicht, was genau kommt – aber ich wusste, warum ich gehe.

Weil ich mich gerufen fühlte.
Weil ich meiner Wahrheit folgen wollte.
Weil ich nicht mehr warten konnte, das Leben in vollen Zügen zu leben.

🌊 Ein Jahr später:
Ich bin gewachsen. Ich habe gelernt. Ich habe losgelassen. Ich bin durch Ängste gegangen – und durch Wunder.

Danke, Ibiza, für all die Lektionen, all die Geschenke, all die magischen Begegnungen.
Danke, altes Ich, dass du so mutig warst.
Danke, neues Ich, dass du jeden Tag aufstehst, um mit Freude zu wirken.

💫 Auf viele weitere Jahre voller Leben, Tiefe, Tanz und Frequenzliebe.
Ich bin angekommen – und doch immer weiter unterwegs.
