I was not prepared to get wet 💦

Preparation is the greatest tool to support you being present, agile, and overall PROactive instead of reactive.

I encourage all my clients to create a Day 0. ( Also known as Sunday)

The day where preparation happens: social activities scheduled, meals prepared, outfits created, alarms set, workouts planned... and most important, plan the things they enjoy!

By doing this, more gets done, less stress is endured, joy is intentional, and things overall are handled because your mind and body are clearer from the beginning!

Try it!

And when you do... I guarantee you'll keep winning 🏆
