It’s all about creating community 🥳

My role at @bigpinklovesyou is simple: create an hour-long livestream set once per week.

I’m incredibly grateful to my DJ Fam for connecting me with them. These streams give DJs opportunities to be heard and seen in online spaces they normally wouldn’t reach. This completely aligns with my passion for giving local artists every digital opportunity to expand their brands.

Of course, the project comes with new challenges.
I’m adapting to using unfamiliar camera gear, and I never would have thought my background as a
data scientist would be required here.
However, we’re starting to see significant progress and can’t wait to see what this platform looks like in a year.

The full versions can be found on Big Pink’s YouTube 💫channel, though a couple of videos remain unreleased.

1. The Saunderson Brothers, Supply & Demand,
and Slimey
2. Munch x Blakito
3. Nanoos
4. SWDEJAY x DJ Iza
5. DJ Carter x DJ Marathon
6. Skyla Tylaa
7. Blakito (Juneteenth & FRNDS ONLY)
8. DJ Selfie x Completd
9. DJ Yak x DJ Iza

Where It All Began

When the original signal summons a production team comprised of; the architects, the future, and people from around the world you don’t truly grasp the immense talent in the room until you take a moment to reflect. What is built in Detroit will echo across the world like it always does. Next time we’ll get a proper group photo but here’s everyone involved:
