I drop my daughter off at school every day. I drill her every day at school. When I take her school you know, we have a little convo. Before she got out the car, she gets sick of running the script to me, but I pound it into her head, like what is integrity? Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody is looking. All right. Are you a leader or a follower? I am a leader. What’s the difference? Thinks for myself. All right. Do you have confidence? Yes. What’s confidence? Believe in myself.
That’s our script every morning. Regardless if she can really embrace those ideas right now, when she gets older and does an evaluation of what message I wanted her to receive directly, she’s not going to forget that.

I world changes when we change ourselves, I can do it, I can change myself by changing my habits and become a better version of myself. Until then I will keep sharing and following the messages of people who inspire me and the first change begins with affirmations in the morning versus doom scrolling. Many of my friends are focused on finishing projects before the end of the year. I just wanna be a better version of myself.

Loving my life and staying positive, grateful for for Mother Earth and those who want to protect her. Life has been very good to me, I stay in the light and the world gives me their hand. No more giving out energy to unreciprical energy. Thank you to all my friends who see me and understand my heart. by @renrutstudio

Do they come in peace? 🐉 The dragons are here…
All jokes aside, I think it’s important that we start documenting what’s happening in our local neighborhoods. What happens in your backyard can affect our friends and families in the state next to us. Get outside, pay attention, and stay curious—because I promise you, it’s all connected.

Tonight at dusk, I’m sharing this video documenting a strange monsoon storm that moved through Marana, AZ. Did you notice anything unusual?

This “thunderless” monsoon produced a smorgasbord of lightning, yet not a peep of thunder— if you’ve ever lived in the desert you KNOW how far sound travels, its travels far and wide, a pretty unusual sight and lack there of for the Sonoran Desert.

What do you think? 👀

It’s that time of year again in Tucson—the season when tiny baby lizards start appearing everywhere. This little one is a Western Fence Lizard, and what began as another catch-and-release quickly turned into something I didn’t expect.

Every time I carried her outside to set her free, somehow she found her way right back into my apartment. After a while, it started to feel less like coincidence and more like she had adopted me. I’d wake up from an afternoon nap and find her tucked away in my hair or when I sat down to do my makeup, she’d quietly emerge from her hiding spot just to watch, like my tiniest audience.

As much as I loved my little mini dinosaur roommate, my apartment complex has scheduled a pest control spray treatment, so I’ve relocated her to my miniature outside garden, hopefully she thrives there for her safety.

Consistency is the key, this message came to me at this month’s Sonoran Magic Market. Come join me and a community of metaphysical healers, delicious homemade food vendors and artists alike!

Check me out and support my growing Crystal jewelry business. Custom Crystal jewelry that supports healing modalities of health.

Enjoy these recap shots from June’s Market, the wind’s microbursts in Green Valley is not to be taken lightly, but connecting more and more about each vendor grounds me as inquisitive independent artist.

Go follow @sonoranmagic to learn more details on vendors and family fun activities! by @renrutstudio
