This Sunday I’m extending the weekend with some reggae roots and what have you down at @lebar.co in Berry. There’s music all weekend and it’s FREE on Sunday which is pretty much considered income in this economy.

An INCREDIBLE night fundraising at @rgbm.beer for the @bobbrownfoundation in a local, community driven effort to save the Tarkine Rainforest from logging and mining destruction 😀 thank you for everyone who showed up for this incredibly important cause. We were able to raise thousands of dollars, we are still fundraising so final numbers are yet to come!
A special thanks to Anna and Billy and all the team at Reub’s, Brit and her team and @gringatacobar, @saultydog (Saul Griffith) for an educational talk on climate action, our musicians @rensteelemusic @o.c.ae.n @nicleemusic @cassyraemusic, @ikke_textile_design for the incredible shirts, all of our local artists and businesses that donated to the raffle; @rebeccabrennanart @ghettomovement @thehillbarandkitchengerringong @wavecreations Saul Griffith, and finally @courtmyles for her incredible photography capturing the evening
This night couldn’t of been possible without the wonderful and generous support and help from our community, as Saul said: “if you wanna beat them, you just gotta throw the better party” and I think we did that 😀
If you missed us and would still like to donate to the cause then follow the link in my bio, anything you can afford helps by @rensteelemusic

JOIN US this Monday night for a community fundraiser at @rgbm.beer to raise money for the @bobbrownfoundation in efforts to save the #takayna rainforest from logging and mining destruction. As one of Australia’s last temperate rainforests it is a vital home to endangered wildlife such as the masked tawny owl, the Tasmanian devil, the swift parrot and many more. Simply by coming along this Monday you’re helping to save this forest. What better way to help the environment than hanging with ya mates, listening to live music and having a beer.
Ticket link is in my to secure your place but door sales will also be available, see you then! by @rensteelemusic

I’ve got a big weekend + of gigs!

Yoooo next week my great pal even better human @laurabrennanart is raising a bunch of money to help save the Tarkine, Australia’s largest temperate rainforest situated in Tasmania. She’ll be running an ultra through it for the @bobbrownfoundation but prior to that we’ve got a fun night of music, tacos, raffles, guest speakers and all round FUN to get through 🍻
