It was an honor to celebrate two American heroes, Marion Noel (100) and John Eakin (101), at Mission BBQ in Roanoke Towers Mall. Both gentlemen have given years of faithful service to our country and continue to embody the spirit of our military and local heroes through their participation in local Veterans Day events over the years. I was proud to present each of these outstanding veterans with a copy of my House floor speech recognizing their service in defense of American ideals and in celebration of their birthdays.

Thank you, Mr. Noel and Mr. Eakin, for your service to America and the Sixth District. by @repbencline

I came to Washington to defend the Constitution—especially the Second Amendment.

That’s why I support the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act because law-abiding gun owners shouldn’t lose their 2A rights just because they cross a state line. by @repbencline

I appreciated the invitation to join @POTUS yesterday as he signed the $9 billion Rescission Relief Act into law. For too long, the tax dollars of hard-working Americans have been wasted on woke foreign aid projects abroad and woke publicly-funded broadcasting at home. That ends now. Republicans are restoring fiscal sanity and putting American taxpayers first. by @repbencline

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year, more than 382,640 women in the United States are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer, underscoring the importance of early detection, treatment, and access to care.

I am proud to cosponsor legislation like the Metastatic Breast Cancer Access to Care Act, which would help ensure patients can access the benefits and care they need without unnecessary delays. by @repbencline

Let’s keep this simple:

Women’s locker rooms are for women only.

American creators and businesses deserve protection from foreign piracy operations that steal their work and put consumers at risk.

I’m proud to co-lead the bipartisan, bicameral DEFEND IP Act to protect American creativity, intellectual property, and a secure digital economy. by @repbencline

The growth of data centers should not mean higher power bills for Virginia families.

I’m proud to cosponsor and vote for the bipartisan Ratepayer Protection Act to ensure those driving increased demand help pay for the infrastructure needed to support it.

Protecting hardworking families from higher power bills and holding data centers accountable for their impact on our grid. by @repbencline
