There are 430,000 DREAMers from Asia and over 10,000 TPS holders from Myanmar and Nepal living in the U.S. They deserve the chance to live, work, and contribute to our country without the constant threat of deportation. Congress must pass the American Dream and Promise Act. by @repgracemeng

Democrats don’t want another shutdown.However, we shouldn’t be passing a CR, that Democrats weren’t even involved in negotiating, without trying to pass our regular government funding bills. Nor should we be passing legislation that gives ICE more taxpayer dollars without any guardrails while they continue to terrorize our communities.I voted no when this bill came to the House floor. by @repgracemeng

The GOP’s National Security funding bill represents America in retreat — ceding influence to our adversaries, cutting diplomacy and peace programs, and putting vulnerable populations at risk.
