🔑Keyseekers!

Develop your backhand roll with these fundamentals:

✅ Swing low to high using the shoulders, not just the wrist.

✅ Focus on the start of the swing, not the finish—abbreviate the follow-through to keep your attention on clean contact.

✅ Get behind the ball with your knees bent.

✅ Set up parallel to your target instead of an open stance.

When should you move to the kitchen? 🤔

Shoutout to Rianna Valdes for the topic! 👏

✅ Ball above shoulder (arm’s length): Stay back.

✅ Ball at chest height: Move to the midcourt—the ball is traveling forward, giving you time to reach the kitchen on the next shot.

✅ Want to get all the way in? Hit a shot that forces your opponent to hit up ⬆️. That gives you time to sprint to the kitchen because they’ll be lifting the ball instead of attacking down on it.
