First times

There’ll be a lot of first times and you’ll likely remember them all; the first time you braved the gym, the first time you went for a run, the first time you lost some weight. The first race/comp/fight you entered, the first time you ditched the fear and trained in a sports bra. The first time beat your own time, or PB’d on a lift.

The list is endless

There will always be first times, milestones in your endeavour to be better, and then there’ll be experience

‘You can’t be what you can’t see’

Imagine when you had first thought about participating in fitness, you’d seen someone who looked like you. What that would have meant for your journey?

It’s time to start re-presenting and redefining what fitness looks like

It’s time for things to change

The power is in the journey and, anyone can do it

How do you get started? You just start. It’ll be messy, it’ll be hard and it won’t be perfect
