Lucy rocking the classic Sylosis merch. Gotta make room for the new stuff so she can have the hand me downs. by @reps4satan

It was in fact there. 230 double PR. After last week's absolute dog shit session I'm v happy the planned weight for the block was still there. by @reps4satan

130kg bench rpe 8, probably the best it's moved (best it's felt anyway). Ugly shoes doing most of the work tbh. 😎 by @reps4satan

Nothing like an NGD to cheer you up. Bought a jazz guitar for black metal. 6 string baritone semi hollow Ibanez.

Lucy's nemesis walked past the window. So we had to grab her off the windowsill. 🤣 by @reps4satan

Re finished my pawn shop BC Rich platinum warlock. Bought this about 15 years ago, was silver, made it red and white stripes. About a month ago I randomly stripped it and tore it down.
Took all the paint off and got it back down to bare wood. Surprisingly it wasn't plywood and has a fairly nice grain in places. (Most likely Agathis).
Decided on wood dye, wanted a coral colour. Unfortunately it turned out much more red than I wanted. Thought I'd lean into it and make it look metal AF with a deep blood red. Didn't like it, sanded it back a little again and was able to blend the red with some blue and yellow to make this antique brown.
Having the mix of colours has given it a much more interesting look than just plain ole brown.
4 coats of osmo oil for the finish.

Iron gear metal machines added with coil tap.
Sounds lovely, will be getting used loads.
Currently tuned to C standard.

So fuckn happy with it.

TLDR took the paint off my red guitar, accidentally made it red again, then made it brown. by @reps4satan

And still....the ugliest shoes in the game. 😎

Just when you thought the camo ones were bad. The teal nightmare is real. 6 years of loyal service, 🫡 but they're getting a lil tired.

115 double for the first lift in the new monstrosities. Very nice so far. by @reps4satan

Possibly the best session to date. Probably best block to date. Haven't managed a 6 week block in months.
222.5kg triple rep PR on deads.
155 3x5 volume PR on squat (haven't done 5s on that weight since Nov 2022 🥲 and that was only 2 sets).
Bench PR 125 double last week.

Didn't take the piss at the start of this block and don't feel like total ass at the end. Built slow, took longer rests between sets and really focused when it mattered. Wee MCL scare at the start but managed to avoid it turning bad.
Strongest I've ever felt. Pretty cool feeling.
