I am at long last working on this painting again with the intention of handing it in to a "free for all" type exhibition. Just doing some final touches before varnishing the whole thing with both spray, epoxy (depending on how well the spray varnish works) and matte liquid varnish. Yea, I am probably overcomplicating things but I love experimenting with different textures on all kinds of levels.

Theo grew Wings. Where will he put them?

I am slowly drawing more of Theo. Still very much annoyed by my digital drawing setup (I have my laptop on the coffee table and my tablet on my lap and you don’t wanna know how crookedly it sits there or just slips off completely and falls to the floor)
Maybe I am just not meant to draw digitally without it being a pain

Some of you have already seen this bae in my story but I got around to finish some line work for theo and scan it! I did the colorful doodles yesterday.

OCSN is really getting me back into digital art again (yay) today I finshed two things, which is a lot for me. first is a sort of character sheet for my dhampir gyeol. second is Ryu (on the right) singing karaoke with his room mate Nick. Theyre all really cute arent they?

Digital art?? On MY account? In THIS economy??? And it's an OC?!?!?!?!
Ngl I haven't done digital art in forever and tbf I traced a bit of the gym pic BUT IT WAS FUN!
I hope you enjoy my original character Ryu. You can find him on OC social network in case youre using that app too: https://ocsocialnetwork.com/id/ac5a4573-91f3-4bbe-80d7-b3c4d6b004ac

In 2019 I did the Junji Ito #inktober challenge and actually went on to share some of my process in two livestreams on facebook. Today fb notified me to download my livestream footage (which I actually totally forgot about tbqh) and I was happily surprised to see this footage again!
So I snipped the two videos together rq, added some music and sped it up for you to enjoy as a speedpaint. Remember since this was livestream footage, the picture quality is super inconsistent but I hope you like watching it anyway!
