My goal for every patient: I want you to become "addicted" to your RESET exercises.

Why? Because when the right exercises are prescribed for your body, they don't just help you heal—they feel good. They help you move better, hurt less, and keep doing the things you love.

FYI, that's me having a humbling surf session yesterday 😅 by @resetpt_dpt

RESET PT is 12 years old!
A lot has changed this past year. I’ve been dadding so hard I almost forgot to post.

Thank you to all my patients, mentors, and everyone who’s helped along the way. Especially to those who told a friend or family member about me. I truly have the best job in the world.

Here’s hoping AI robots don’t take it 🤖😂

As we step into 2026, I’m incredibly grateful for your trust and support. This past year was extra special as I also began a new chapter, starting a family. Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to health, growth, and RESETing in the year ahead! taken in Prospect Park by @resetpt_dpt

Part 2 of exercises to combat modern life

Thoracic mobility:

We are paid to sit and stare at a screen

Tips: stay tall and make sure you are exhaling while twisting. If the first video is easy, try the second.

Part 1 of exercises to combat modern life

Dorsi flexion mobility:

Everything we walk on is flat. We no longer have to negotiate uneven terrain so we lose our ankle mobility.

Tips: try to keep your knee inline with your second big toe and your heel on the floor
