A practice in nervous system regulation.

Our Private Contrast Therapy Suite invites considered movement between heat and cold, gently guiding the body from sympathetic activation — the fight or flight response — into parasympathetic restoration, the state of rest & digest.

This restorative ritual supports circulation, recovery and resilience, while cultivating a sense of calm and balance.

Our Double Bay home invites a slower, more considered way of living. Within the Circuit and Private Contrast Therapy rooms, vitamin C-infused showers offer a subtle citrus infusion — a moment of sensory renewal between modalities. taken in Double Bay, New South Wales by @resetwellnesstudio

Within our Reset Circuit, the warm magnesium bath offers mineral-rich immersion supporting the body’s most essential functions. Absorbed topically, magnesium is efficiently delivered where it is needed most - helping to ease muscle tension, supporting recovery, regulating the nervous system, and encouraging deeper, more restorative sleep.

The Reset Circuit is available for communal booking slots or private bookings.
