Happy Navratri to all my incredible family and friends celebrating!

Such a joyful yet sentimental and emotional time for me. Growing up, Mum would teach us the aartis and Amba Maa’s prayers, and we’d celebrate Navratri surrounded by all the people we loved, with Mum by our side.

Now, as I celebrate with my own children, those precious memories come flooding back. I make a promise to my mum that I’ll always cherish our culture and traditions and pass them on to your grandchildren.

You may not be here beside us, Mum, but you’ll always be remembered and live on through the traditions we carry forward.

Forever in my heart. This one’s for you, Mum. ♥️ by @reshma_thakore

Your Deal Flow Should Not Feel This Unpredictable

If you are chasing agents, relying on inconsistent leads and wondering where your next deal is coming from, you are not alone.

Right now, many property sourcers and investors are working harder than ever yet seeing fewer quality opportunities. Margins are tighter. Competition is stronger. And guesswork is costing time and money.

That is exactly why tomorrow’s Property & Entrepreneur Virtual Summit matters.

We are bringing together three of the most influential names in property sourcing to break down what is actually working in this market.

During this session, we will cover:
• How to build a consistent and predictable deal flow
• Finding genuine off market, direct to vendor opportunities
• Using social media strategically for lead generation
• How to co source effectively to increase deal volume
• Outsourcing within your sourcing business so you can scale sustainably
• Practical frameworks you can implement immediately

This is not surface level advice. It is real strategy from operators actively sourcing and packaging deals right now.

If you want to stop relying on luck and start building a structured, scalable sourcing operation, this is a session you need to attend
