The Director of Your Own Story. 🎬🎙️

Life has taught me one thing: I can’t control every scene, but I can decide how I write the next chapter.

I’ve experienced my share of wins, setbacks, unexpected opportunities, and lessons along the way. Some things worked out, others didn’t, but through it all, I’ve kept moving forward and appreciated the journey.

As we close out #LatinHeritageMonth, I’m reminded of how proud I am of my Latino roots, where I come from, and the values that have helped shape who I am today.

There’s still so much I want to accomplish, so many stories left to tell, and plenty of chapters that haven’t been written yet.

At the end of the day, we’re all the directors of our own stories. We may not control everything that happens, but we can always decide what comes next.

Until then, I’ll just keep doing my thing, one day at a time because the sky is the limit.🇩🇴

At #ARCGMedia and @TheResilientPod, we believe that mental health deserves the same attention, compassion, and care as our physical health. Sometimes, a simple question like “YOU GOOD?” can open the door to a conversation someone desperately needs.

Today, we encourage everyone to check in on themselves, reach out to someone they care about, and remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Mental health awareness shouldn’t be limited to one day. It’s a conversation we need to continue 24/7, 365 days a year.

As we close #SuicidePreventionAwarenessMonth, the conversation cannot end here.

Suicide prevention should be talked about 24/7, 365 days a year. Every day, someone is struggling silently, feeling alone, or believing that giving up is their only option.

Your life matters. Your feelings matter. Your emotions matter. YOU matter.

No person, failure, rejection, or difficult season determines the value of your life. Even when you can’t see what tomorrow holds, your story is still being written.

As September ends, keep checking on your people. Listen without judgment. Show compassion. Ask, “Are you really okay?”

And if you’re struggling, reach out to someone you trust or contact the @988lifeline.
