I think we’re finally calling this alleyway done! Been working from home since April and since I’ve got about 4 hours of my life back, i decide to work on a new diorama with all that extra time. I tried to do a few new things with this one, like flocking, fencing, and the cork roll asphalt street i first learned from watching @oilers_workshop. I’ve also really wanted to do boarded up windows for a while now, as a way to bring in a different texture to all that brick. Glad to finally do that!

Giant Man is here! And that means it’s time for a reset of the #Avengers shelf! I spent the weekend grinding away on the display and I’m pretty happy with the results. So, for #shelfiesunday here’s the result!

To fit Giant Man I had to completely empty the cabinet of 4 shelves worth of figures. This included my original classic Avengers display, the Iron Man armors display, the Iron Man villains shelf, and a shelf of a couple other teams Iron Man appeared in like the Illuminati and Space Friends.

Because of the size of Giant Man, that I somehow underestimated, I had to remove a shelf completely from the cabinet. This did however open a lot of space to go vertical with the final display. I tried to channel my inner @customsbymatchu by getting creative with my use of risers as well as @wallopinwebsnappers dynamic Avengers display posing. I hope I did them proud!

Freshly, just about, completed diorama for @collectorchrissy. Measuring in close to 40x40 with all the floor panels! Garage doors with brackets so you can slide them up and down!
