A Year in Review: Jan. - New Years in STL Feb. - Mardi Gras in New Orleans March - Home for intentional family time. Saw the play Ain’t Too Proud to Beg at TPAC. April - New head shots and intentional work on building my brand. May - Experienced life with my little sister. More family time. New tattoo. More intentional self care. June - White Water Rafting. Visited my alma mater (Murray State). Saw my brick on campus for the first time in person. Light Brights took on Chicago. Celebrated baby Mav. Established an investment company and co-bought my first investment property. Took my dad to the gun range July - Saw the Queen Bey. Semi truck hit me and totaled my car. Aug. - New Orleans for Red Dress Run. Bought a 2024 her name is Pearl. Officiated my little sister’s wedding. Saw the bestie. Went to Coco Jones concert. Sept. - Celebrated love. Oct. - Gratitude for good people. Traveled to DC. Dressed up for Halloween. Nov. - Celebrated love again. Dec. - Went to The Reunion Tour. Celebrated life and a birthday with Fraternity Brothers. 33 was a year of getting back to the basics and remembering that despite obstacles, trials and tribulations, that I am still here. Cheers to life! Recap of 33…intentional self care, traveled to the Bahamas on my first cruise & went alone, stayed in a Getaway Cabin, traveled to Saint Louis, went to New Orleans for the Red Dress Run & Mardi Gras, traveled to Myrtle Beach, witnessed love win at the R&B wedding in Puerto Vallarta, lots of family time, a new job, met new friends, lost some friends, & reconnected with others, witnessed my Neo get married, found peace, welcomed Oliver into my home, finally added pictures to my walls & got new furniture, watched my mom make history, and did things that made me happy.
