Star Wars Table Prep For @makerscentral with @mickeymakes3d @m_j_makes ✨

Using just over 60kg of the beautiful deep pour resin by @mouldd_resin and then our @dremel_uk versaflame to pop the bubbles we created when mixing 🤩

We cannot wait to show this off fully! Hehe

🫦Resin and wood river table my biggest table yet made with my partner @mickeymakes3d using the amazing @mouldd_resin original AND deep pour resins 💎

Look at that clarity as the polish hits the surface! Stunning and the end result is 👌💋

Failing with the XTool Heatpress / Vacuum Module 😱

I’m learning how to use the modules on this machine which has honestly been a breeze! The machine itself is sooooo easy to put together and operate, a brief glance at the instructions and you are away! The presets make it even easier, I like this machine a lot! 🥰

HOWEVERRRRRRRR haha with anything new like vacuum forming with different materials, there’s background knowledge to learn and a skill set to master, quirks to learn and variables to control … and a bit of ignorance to overcome apparently 👀🤣

I have formed some gorgeous pumpkin and heart wax melt moulds but also .. DESTROYED my partners visor buck with the naive and inexperienced notation that more is more when it comes to vacuum forming. Lesson learnt and skills finessed.. at the expense at poor @mickeymakes3d buck.. sorry lover hehe (I’m just a girl 💅)

Here at Resin Jules you’re always gonna get the real aspects of creating.. I think it’s important to show these steps and not just a glossy finished unrealistic reel of the end result, we will get there too though 💪🏻 💅 ✨

The next reel will be showing you what I can do (and you can too) with this bad boy to make gorgeous home decor whoooop.

Do you think Mickey was upset? 😱
