Opening night at the Omni Theater at @fwmsh. Such a magical evening. Thanks so much to everyone who came out to support! by @resolutionthefilm

We're incredibly honored to share that Resolution is a finalist for a Lovie Award for Best Art Direction in Video & Film! For those of you who don't know about this award it is the European Webbys.

To the team of artists and contributors that gave their imagination, patience, talent, and heart to this project, being recognized for your effort through this nomination is just one more reminder that your work is appreciated not only by audiences but by others that celebrate your great work. To everyone who has watched the film, encouraged us, or helped bring it to audiences: thank you for every moment that you've spent caring about our project.

Now, we'd love your help with the peoples choice vote. If you could take a moment to vote and share this with others, we would be so grateful.

What a moment! Tim (DeLaughter) and I (Scott Berman) were driving top down through the canyon in our friend's convertible Mazda Miata from our Thousand Oaks Air BNB to Malibu after 3 days of grueling work to arrive back at the scene. Showtime at Rick Rubin's Shangri La Studios!!! On this day at this moment (now months ago) we had no idea that what lied ahead was Rick Rubin and his family, Anthony Kiedis and his girlfriend, Edward Norton and his family, and 30 other producers, artists, and musicians would be laying on the ground underneath a dome we had constructed watching our film Resolution! Rick hugged us afterwards and said the kind of thing he would say "this is special, the world needs to see this". Little did we know that after the film they would ask us to stay longer and three days from that moment we would be playing our film at Neil Young's 80th birthday party. Life is a ride!

What's even more of a trip is that it was 40 years ago on the dot when Tim and I had just moved to LA to become actors (really bussers at TGI Fridays) when we were 18.

ENJOY THE RIDE - FULL CIRCLE 😊 by @resolutionthefilm

This post is so overdue!

Back in November, Cinephonic Studio was invited by Rick Rubin to construct a 35 ft. dome on the lawn at the acclaimed Shangri La Studios in Malibu.

The purpose…to celebrate being on the ballot for the grammys and to screen RESOLUTION for an audience of incredible film and music producers, musicians, actors, artists, and of course the guru of music production Rick Rubin.

The brutal 3 day installation was for a one day event that turned into a week long adventure that included a screening for Neil Young’s 80th birthday party and other screenings that included guests like Anthony Kiedis and Edward Norton to name a few.

The crew from Resolution stayed several nights at the studio where legends of all music genres have recorded their wonderful works of art.

Thanks to everyone that made it happen.
The experience was a bucket list event for everyone involved.

Thanks to Eric Lynn and Rick Rubin for hosting us! It was magical. by @resolutionthefilm

LAUNCHING MARCH 21ST! We are really excited to bring the award-winning "Resolution" to IMMERSED on Catalina Island. At first glance, putting on an immersive music experience may seem like a step outside of what we do. But once you experience it, you will understand exactly why we chose to bring it to our immersive theater. The common theme across everything we deliver at IMMERSED is CONNECTION. To the natural world. To one another. To our inner selves.

From soaring through canyons to flying ships in the clouds; from racing puppets on RC cars to drifting through psychedelic starscapes; every moment in Resolution is a spectacular fusion of music, story, wonder, and connection.

Set to The Polyphonic Spree’s powerful new album 'Salvage Enterprise', this stunning visual odyssey, created by an international team of Oscar and Emmy winners, unfolds around a glowing campfire, where each song reveals the inner world of someone seated at it. The first-ever dome theater film to win the Audience Award for Best Immersive Experience at SXSW.

It's deep, it's powerful, it's meaningful, it's truly immersive. PG-rated by @resolutionthefilm
