You know (re)space for the places where people work, meet and gather. What you may not know is that every one of those spaces has been imagined, designed and built by us. Today, we’re bringing that expertise to organisations looking to create workplaces with the same level of care and attention to detail, both within or outside our own spaces. Meet our Design & Build service, @designbuild.respace.

A design and build studio born out of (re)space, because we’ve spent enough time operating workspaces to know exactly what makes them sing. And what makes them fade into the background six months after the keys are handed over.
(Spoiler: it’s never the budget)

We believe beauty matters. Not as a finish line, but as a starting point.

We work with real budgets. We keep what’s worth keeping, and we mean that literally. Reuse isn’t a constraint for us, it’s a design choice.

We lose sleep over the details that never make it into the brief: the acoustics at full capacity, the light at 3pm, the corner everyone somehow ends up in.

Our team recently completed a full fit-out for Alter-Vanderstappen-Robert, a law firm located in the iconic IT Tower, on Avenue Louise. Starting from a blank canvas, we transformed 388 m² of open office space into a premium work environment that is functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. They brought the team, we took care of the rest.

Last week, (re)space Airport officially inaugurated ‘The Pavilion’, our sunny terrace, with its very first open air afterwork event. 🌞

Together with @think.respace, we treated our guests to delicious bites, with two signature bagels on the menu, while celebrating this new outdoor space. The sun was on our side all evening, and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better.

Designed for sharing great conversations, the Pavilion offers the perfect open-air setting for up to 500 people, with a flexible layout and blooming flowers all around.

A big thank you to our partners @loui_cocktails & @maverick_drink for helping turn every event into an unforgettable experience.

@think.respace is a specialty coffee and food experience curated for (re)space Airport.

Up until now, we’ve been fueling events with specialty coffee and bespoke drinks. This September, we’re opening to all with a food menu crafted for workers, with creativity and focus in mind. Stay tuned.

’Think’ is and will continue to be available as a mobile cart to bring a unique experience to your events. Rumor has it ‘The Pavilion’, our terrace, is one of the best venue pairings for this summer. DM for more info.
