Our Women’s Wellness Day Treat was nothing short of amazing! It was so beautiful to celebrate and connect with our village! My heart is so full 💝✨
🌸
We started with a silent meditative walk led by Kristin. We ate some nourishing snacks together to fill us up for Ashley’s somatic dance and movement, where we practiced our affirmations for our sacred NO! Then we meditated by the Mohawk River, kissed by the radiant sun ☀️ while we held ourselves and poured vibrant colors into our womb space; our creative center.
🌸
We ended with a drumming circle honoring the great cosmic mother, where we danced together in our red scarves exalting the feminine and sealed our container with a rhythm to Eshu to close our circle 🪘
🌸
This was truly a dream come true! The women cleaned house on my herbal hibiscus and chai tea, the vegan chili I prepared, and the intentional gummies curated by @eatonbotanicals
🌸
Thank you to @ywca_neny and @eatonbotanicals for being sponsors of this wonderful event! We are looking forward to continuing our collaboration together!

It’s harvest time 🌹🪻🌸🌺🌷🌻

I’ve been sort of a lazy farmer this season. Sometimes the land needs rest, sometimes it us who need to rest, either way there is always abundance abound, the earth is always providing. Take that nap, run that bath, fill your cup, it is our duty to believe what’s for us will not miss us beloveds ✨🙏🏽 #lovenotes by @rest.ritual.routine

We did a thing and all baked a cake for my Birthday and had #cakewars 🎂🧁🍥🍰

We missed out on a few birthdays last month with travel and wanted to make up for it. So everyone got a cake 😊 It was fun and good and stressful 😂

We had a tie, so I guess next time we need an odd number of people 🤭

But now I have so much cake leftover so please come get some 🙏🏽✨🥰 Thanks! 💛💛🌟 by @rest.ritual.routine

I made a lemon poundcake 😅 It was great! I love lemon so dearly🍋✨ Its a top tier spirit food✨🍋

I want to make this once more to perfect this recipe and make it even more lemonyyy 😋

I made a simple icing and added lemon extract, ginger, turmeric, and cardamom to it 🫚 🤤

It was cut into warm before I even got to ice it so that’s the photo 😭🐣✨ by @rest.ritual.routine
