@restaurantgron continues to top the list as our favorite dining experience in Helsinki. Chef @tonikostian and his team are serving some of the tastiest and most interesting bites in the Nordics. Our favorite bites from this visit were the tomato, oregano & red currant pie (as always!), the truffle sausage-stuffed BBQ quail leg with truffle sauce and freshly shaved black truffles, and the polka strawberry, cardamom ice cream & summer flowers. Grön currently has one Michelin star, but this place strongly deserves a second. ⭐️✨Comment «sauna» below and we’ll send you all the best restaurants in Finland’s capital! The Summer Season 2026 begins this Wednesday! As we put the finishing touches on the ingredient list on the new menu @tonikostian spent the day at @santa.dorotea farm, walking the fields to see what nature has ready right now - and what will be at its very best in the weeks ahead.Santa Dorotea Farm is a small-scale, ecological and nature-positive demonstration garden and farm located in Sipoo, Finland. One of the reasons we work so closely with Santa Dorotea is that they don’t grow to a fixed list. Instead, they grow with the seasons. They produce more than 200 varieties of vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, berries and fruit, with a strong focus on healthy soil, biodiversity and exceptional flavour. That means our menu will continue to evolve throughout the summer as new ingredients reach their peak. The first chapter of our 2026 Summer Season starts this Wednesday, see you soon!🌻 by @restaurantgron
