ONE YEAR AGO TODAY, “IN WHOSE NAME?” WAS RELEASED IN THEATERS.

Directed by Nico Ballesteros and filmed across six years, the documentary brought audiences inside Ye’s world through more than 3,000 hours of intimate, behind-the-scenes footage—capturing the creativity, ambition, relationships, controversy and personal struggles surrounding one of the most closely watched periods of his career.

With no traditional narration or outside interviews, the footage was allowed to speak for itself, creating a raw and unfiltered portrait of Ye’s life.

Despite limited traditional promotion, the film earned $776,000 during its opening weekend, surpassed $1 million at the box office and received an 86% verified audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

One year later, what did you think of the documentary—and which moment has stayed with you the most? by @restinyeezy
