From the thrift store to the Tropicoqueta concert! 🌺🇨🇴🎶

Took something old & upcycled it into a whole new outfit for Karol G concert ! 🪡🔥 Because why buy a new concert fit when you can sew one that nobody else will have? 💅🏼

I especially love this outfit because I can see myself rewearing it every summer! ✨🌊🦋

Took me a few days to complete my upcycled concert outfit for Karol G, but I think I achieved my goal of mixing the #tropicoqueta style with the NMADST colors. Hoping @karolg sees it! 🌊✨🩵

I was planning on upcycling this before @karolg dropped NMADST because I wanted a color that stood out… jokes on me! 😅 But I thrifted this over 4 years ago & just know it will be perfect for the concert! 🌊✨🌴

I also only have 4 days to complete so wish me luck! 🤞🏽🩵 #karolg #karolgconcert #tropicoqueta #nomearrepientodesentirtanto #thriftflip by @restitchedbyxo

🧵August Sewing Classes Are Here!

We’re kicking off our third month of sewing classes with an exciting milestone... Restitched by Xitlaly is expanding to Fresno! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who has attended these classes. Being able to share this passion with all of you makes my heart glow. 🥹

📢 August Updates:
🪡 Kids & Adults Together!
With school back in session, beginner classes are now open to both adults and kids (ages 9–17) learning side by side.

📍 Fresno Pop-Up Workshops
I’m excited to offer two Fresno workshop dates this month:
🗓️ Sunday, August 2 & Tuesday, August 18

✈️ Simplified August Schedule
August is a busy month for me, so we’ll be focusing on Beginner Sewing and Alterations classes. Don’t worry, upcycle workshops and more interactive classes return in September! ♻️

❤️ Sewcial Update
Our July Sewcial had to be canceled due to a family obligation, but I’m hoping to bring it back at the end of August, so stay tuned!

✨ Seats are limited, so be sure to reserve yours early. I can’t wait to sew with you this month! 💛

Honestly… it usually does 💁🏻‍♀️

Took this $5 outdated dress & turned into a cute 2-piece set with a matching bandana. Obsessed with the final result! ✂️🌸🧡

Life’s too short for boring clothes. 🧡🌸✨

Give me secondhand clothing, bold prints, fun colors, with a sewing machine, and I’m set for life. 😉
