Rays engineering Emergency Wheel Nut key chain.

I always thought that some car parts are too pretty to fit to your car, and I'm sure a lot of you feel the same. So I made something you can carry around with you. This way you get to bask in all the jdm glory every time you take your car out, without having to actually watch them become less pretty with use :D win-win!

Emergency wheel nut key rings. The very tongue in cheek idea being you always have a spare wheel nut when you take your car out.

These are CAD designed and constructed from Rays engineering aluminium wheel nuts (forged 7075 "Duralumin"), titanium 6al4v ring, stainless chain (and large ring), and ABS plastic. The nuts are the real deal, bought from Rays UK (receipt can be shown upon request for proof they are legit). The black ABS part is threaded all the way down for maximum thread engagement and then has an aluminium insert pressed into it for wear resistance. Affixed to this is a small titanium ring (because titanium is cool, no other reason) of which I have blue, rainbow and 2 in grey, and then a stainless steel chain and keyring is attached to that.

I have 16 available, 8 in blue and 8 in red.

The red versions are the L42 long versions, and the blue are L32 short versions. I have them all available as 1.25 pitch for Nissan's and 4 in the blue for Toyota.

£19 and I can ship them worldwide at the buyers expense. Postage in the mainland UK is £4 and postage to the USA/Canada is £12.50

"...There is no certainty in flesh but death.” — Credo Omnissiah

yes, yes I did.

*insert something about brakes here, possibly a pun or some weird reference that nobody will understand and will further your reputation as a weirdo who only exists to amuse himself*

The weird thing about this steering wheel, it was only supposed to be a temporary one whilst a new ATC wheel was being posted to me. I picked it up for £30 off Facebook market plate. I fitted it along with the lonzo horn button that originally came on the car (fitted to a Momo Corsa for all those steering wheel aficionados). I kept it because I love the diameter and how thin the rim is, but also because I think it really suits the theme of the build. The worn, jet black leather and the hideously ugly, lonza horn button really speaks to an old school, wangan racer type aesthetic that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. by @restomod_compulsion

another awesome shot from @vehiculize. I've got a ton of these so you are all going to get pretty sick of looking at my car just fyi!

these are the pictures I was trying to replicate (poorly).

I think this is the only angle of the car that really represents what it looks like in the metal!
