The Gong..

When Shivani plays the Gongs, I can easily allow its low vibrations to wash right over me…to the point that I find it difficult to peel myself of the chair and move into playing the crystal chalice afterwards 😂

My whole body just softens..❤️🎶

It seems that the gong is a polarising sound experience..some people just love it, but others really struggle with the intensity of it..

Feel free to share your thoughts around your experiences
