This year damn near broke me, but instead it woke me up. I learned who I am, what I won’t accept, and what I deserve. I’m ending it stronger, focused, and standing on my own two feet.
And I’m not going away.

They don’t come at you screaming. They come quietly charming, logical, convincing.
They study what makes you soft, then use it to make you small.
Every kindness becomes proof you’re weak. Every reaction becomes evidence you’re unstable.
That’s how covert abuse works it breaks you without ever leaving a bruise.

For years I believed the story they built about me.
That I was emotional, impossible, less than.
Meanwhile, they wore calm like armor and control like virtue.
They rewrote every scene until I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

But the thing about truth is, it doesn’t stay buried.
You can manipulate people, but you can’t manipulate God.
He watched every lie, every performance, every moment they smiled while twisting the knife.
And He handed me back my voice.

Now I know what it is to stand up straight after years of being gaslit into bending.
Now I know that peace is louder than their entire façade.
To every woman still in it: you’re not crazy. You’re not overreacting.
You’re being conditioned to doubt yourself because your strength threatens their illusion.

They can keep the act.
We’ll keep the truth.
And when the light hits it every mask burns

Sometimes becoming the villain in their story is the price of becoming the hero in your own. Keep going.

Subtle but big changes. There’s just something about watching someone light up when they feel good about themselves. Never gets old. 🤍
Can you guess what areas we treated?!

You’ll keep going in circles if you spend the entire journey to the promised land complaining about the wilderness.

Before you spend on skincare or treatments, see what’s actually going on underneath. 👀

Our @aura.reality scan shows pigment, redness, and volume loss you can’t see on the surface, so your plan is built around your skin, not a guess.

Book your Aura scan (link in bio) or ask your provider at your next appointment. by @restoredby.cally
