☮️ Loosening up a tight psoas is a patient game. 🙏🏽Take your time and the psoas WILL let go! Going in fast & hard will not yield the same results. This area can be physically & emotionally sensitive. Take your time & encourage your client to "go to their happy place" while breathing w the intention of relaxing & letting go. 🥰 The NeXcia X has been an amazing add to this treatment. I truly love it! 🧬 The algorithm of this treatment: ALWAYS use oil.. The red light/lymph disc The single claw disc The spike disc (love this one BTW!) The small claw disc Mini 2 (not shown) in the video My hands...pressure point hold for 2+ minutes Flush w hands 💪🏽This NFL player was complaining of lower back spasms from the day before. Instinctively I started with the anterior fascia line & deep papas work. Afterwards, I flipped him over to work on the QLs, erectors & glutes. 🙌🏽Sweet success! 💗Personally...I love this delicious treatment. #RestoreWithRenee_HTX #AshleyBlackMasterInstructor #TheRealAshleyBlack #NeXciaX #NFLtreatment NFL FasciaBlasting by @restorewithrenee_htx
Happy National Son's Day Liam! You have always been my number ONE cowboy! The day you made me a momma...my life changed for the better. You are what I wake up and go to bed thinking about. My purpose...my why...my drive...my motivation...YOU are the center of it all! This past year hasn't been easy. This season I've seen a boy grow into an amazing young man. I'm so so very proud of you! I love you with all my heart and thank God for blessing me with the best kid ever!!! Being your mom is my greatest honor! 😘 by @restorewithrenee_htx
NeXcia X 🤯🔥💗 🧬 The depth of tissue/fascia work matters! ❤️ The day before a game I don't treat deep. Goals are mobility and fast twitch muscle activation. 🏈 This NY Giants player sustained a clavicle break last season. His clavicle now has jewelry...7 screws and a plate. ✅ Due to how superficial this "jewelry" is the clavicle can be sensitive. The #NeXciaX is a game changer for this area of his body. I love it and so does he. 📝 Note: post game treatment...WE GO DEEP! I once again used the infrared/lymphatic brush & the small claw attachments for this treatment. (video to post later) 🙏🏽So grateful for my craft and for what these tools can do for those I'm able to treat. #RestoreWithRenee_HTX #TheRealAshleyBlack #FasciaBlasterOfficial#NFL NYGiants DarnellMooney by @restorewithrenee_htx
🚗 💨 DO YOU DRIVE A LOT? 🧑🏽‍💻🦷 💇🏻‍♀️👩🏼‍⚕️OR...have a job that compromises your posture daily...monthly...yearly? 🤱🏽OR...do you carry your little ones on ONE HIP...the same hip? 💡 ALL situations such as the ones mentioned & more...WILL cause restrictions in your body. Untended to will lead to adhesions and/or distortions. All of this leads to compromised movement and under load in the gym setting can cause injuries you could have avoided. 🧬 This client is about aging gracefully. A former body builder turned fit for longevity knows his body well. 🙏🏽When he's not moving well, I'm one of his "arsenal" go to's for getting back on track & training without pain/with all cylinders firing. 😳 His disfunction stems from eight years of driving 30+ thousand miles a year. Without realizing it people will lean to the right to "rest" on the center consul. This has caused his right side to be extremely tight to the point where he has been unable to fire his left side. 💥 As you will see in some of the other videos. I did a side lying treatment to soften up the line of treatment making it easier to get into the tight areas causing the restrictions. 💪🏽 This position allowed me to get into his iliacus psoas, QLs, TFL & gluteals easier. Easier on me, less discomfort for him & amazing results! We completely loosened up the hip complex & he was finally able to fire his entire core not just the right side. 🔥 Fascia blasting is a game changer! 💗 Fascia blasting is longevity! 😃 Fascia blasting is moving free of pain and living your best life! DM me if you have any questions or concerns or are looking for a treatment that will transform for your life! IF you've received treatment from me...feel free to share your experience. #Fascia health is the key to elite performance & faster recovery. #Mobility is just as important if not the MOST important weapon to have as a high performing athlete. Without mobility...strength, agility & speed are compromised & this can lead to injuries. As a #Fasciologist, I love using the #Nexcia as it helps me to 10x my treatments by helping heat up the tissue/fascia & to get the root of any limitations faster. AND btw my athletes love it too! Thank you @therealashleyblack for inventing the tools that are allowing me to help pro athletes recover faster & perform at higher levels. #fasciablasting by @restorewithrenee_htx

🤯Fascia is the most underrated organ we have. YES — I said organ. It’s the gateway for everything in our body and our highest sensory system. Two recent client texts prove it. 💗Client 1: After significant weight loss she had skin‑removal surgery. At six months post‑op she came for a FasciaBlasting session. If we’d used lymphatic brushing and light work with the FasciaBlasting tools in the early weeks after surgery, much of the tightness, pulling and early keloiding around her scars could’ve been minimized if not avoided — but was it too late? No. We worked into the slightly keloided scar tissue and adhesions to help the fascia move back toward its healthy, mobile state. She will need more treatments to completely regenerate the fascia, BUT after the session she texted: “Good morning! I’m definitely sore but I feel like you helped me release so much tension. Even in areas you didn’t work on. THANK YOU!!!!! Your hands work wonders! And this was only our first session.” Because fascia is highly sensory and connective, releasing restrictions in one area often creates systemic shifts — shifting the nervous system from sympathetic (fight/flight) to parasympathetic (rest/restore) and producing whole‑body relief. The result: healing down to the cellular level. 💗Client 2: She has a history of debilitating depression and has been receiving ketamine therapy for three years, which she calls “life altering.” After two back‑to‑back 1.5‑hour FasciaBlasting treatments using both the OG FasciaBlasting tools & the battery operated NeXcia tool, she wrote: “Renee!!!!!!!! OMG, my Ketamine treatment today was amazing this time! I really think it's because of your work.” Fascia is the highway for transport — delivering nutrients to cells and carrying waste away — so improved fascial function can enhance how other therapies work. Bottom line: the health of your fascia is THE GATEWAY to all. If you’ve had surgery, chronic tightness, persistent pain, or are looking to boost other treatments — targeted fascial work and early lymphatic care can change recovery and outcomes. #FasciaBlasting #NeXcia #Ketamine #Keloid #PostSkinRemoval by @restorewithrenee_htx
