✨ The best art rarely happens alone.

One artist brings movement.
Another brings a lens.
Another brings sound, story, rhythm, or a new perspective.

And when those ideas meet, something unexpected can happen.

That’s the magic of collaboration — taking what each of us brings and creating something none of us could have imagined alone.

At Rethink Dance, we believe dance film is a meeting place for artists, where movement and cinematography come together to tell stories, challenge perspectives, and create connection.

So bring your vision.
Bring your collaborators.
Bring the story only you can tell.

🎬 Submissions for the 2026 Rethink Dance Film Festival are open.

Let’s see what happens when we create together!

When was the last time you danced just because you felt like it? ✨

Maybe it’s been days. Maybe weeks, months, or even years since you’ve let yourself move—not for a performance, not for a class, not for anyone else… but simply because dance makes you feel alive.

Today, we’re inviting you to dance with us!

Put on the song that makes you want to move. Take up space. Move through whatever you’re carrying. Let your body lead and your creativity follow.

You don’t need a stage.
You don’t need an audience.
You don’t even need to call yourself a dancer.
You just need to move.

Whatever the reason, wherever you are—
Dance!
